- 1st - Jeff Calderbank, Management Development Team
Developing waves of new managers who are capable of the most demanding work for clients is critical to achieving our strategy to “Be the Best”, and Jeff has played a big part in this. The warmth of the recommendation for Jeff, how he always “goes the extra mile”, how he always puts the needs of our clients first and the passion he shows for the people he develops is compelling and an example to all of us at LBM.
- 2nd – Bilal “Billy” Maqsood, Vodafone campaign
The key point regarding Billy’s recommendation was how it was earned from a position of adversity. Billy transferred from Middleton to Bredbury to help get his campaign back on track and took on many new responsibilities, whilst in the process of being promoted to SDSA. We often do challenging work for clients and the kind of resilience shown by Billy is outstanding.
- 3rd – Otis Johnson, Online Sales Manager
Over the last 12 months, Otis has been responsible for getting 3 exciting new initiatives up and running in the Data part of our business - Online, Data Cleanse and Lead Generation. Like all LBM staff, Otis continuously worked hard, but the most impressive thing is how he has worked to demonstrate TCF (Treating Clients Fairly) principles and to train his staff in the same way. Delivering "everything our clients want, and more" is fundamental to the way we treat clients, and hopefully will bring them back again and again.
