Compliance Management
At LBM we view compliance management as a catalyst for driving continuous improvement. We not only operate within the strict boundaries imposed by regulatory frameworks, we also comply with and strive to exceed best practice industry standards. It is embedded into all areas of our business and forms a key part of staff training and development. This in turn helps to engender the right staff behaviours to ensure that we consistently deliver the best customer experience on behalf of our clients.
Quality at LBM
LBM is proud to be an ISO9001:2008 accredited company, and as such we undergo an extensive quality audit carried out by an external party (Quality Management System) each year. In addition, we have developed our own bespoke quality management system to enable us to continually monitor all aspects of quality and compliance within our operations.
FSA and TCF Compliance
Since 14th January 2005, LBM Direct Marketing Limited has been authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. As an FSA accredited company, we have implemented best practice across our estate, extending much of this stringency across our non-FSA activities. We are fully committed to the principles of TCF (Treating Customers Fairly), incorporating this across our training and governance materials.
All our processes are built with the customer experience in mind and robust controls are in place to measure our success.
