We are a people-centric business, committed to investing in staff training and development, so everyone at LBM can reach their full potential. Each site has its own dedicated training facility and team to nurture and support learning, and it is as a result of this investment that we currently have more than 700 employees studying for an NVQ qualification whilst at work.
We also actively support local communities and charities. Since 2005 LBM has supported fundraising for Children in Need, handling calls from our Belfast contact centre, all through staff volunteers.
