- 1st - Mark Blackburn, Client Services Team
Nominated by Bryan O’Neile. The work Mark is doing with Vodafone Ireland is outstanding; taking responsibility, displaying innovative skills, generating new ideas and putting them into action, and amazing the client.
- 2nd – Debra Parkinson, Atlantic Point HR Team
Nominated by Kim Dolan. The recent reduction in churn at AP has been a major Operational achievement and Debra has played an integral role in this. Her incredibly hard work, her “watertight HR processes” and her helpful attitude to colleagues make this prize thoroughly deserved.
- 3rd – Caroline Turner, Management Development Team
Nominated by Julie Wilkes. I hear so many good things about Caroline that this award is long overdue. Her personal initiative, genuine interest in people and commitment to continuous improvement make Caroline a role model for all of us.
- 4th – Samantha Woods, Data Cleanse Team
Nominated by Richard Stewart. Her exceptional performance across a range of areas, her flexibility and hard work, and her genuine interest in and willingness to help new starters, all mark her out as some-one for the future and a deserving winner.
- 5th – Nick Smith, Dialler Team
Nominated by Andy Hughes. What struck me most about this nomination was Nick’s willingness to question why we do things the way we do and not to accept the status quo.
Congratulations to all the nominees: Waseem Tabbasm, Clint Thomas, Melanie Simm, Aisling Heaney, Ashley Smith, Liam Boyle & Paul Madine, Maria Burke, Muzaffar Ali, Tina Warrington, Tori Taylor, Hayley Thompson and Angela Ockerby.
