- 1st - Brett Larch, British Gas account
Nominated by Debra Parkinson & Hayley Trow. It was inspiring to read Brett’s nomination –“motivational and inspiring… understands and connects with advisors… focuses on how to improve all the time… the best manager I have ever had.” Brett completely exemplifies the target of every LBM employee to ‘Be the Best’ and inspires me to try harder too!
- 2nd – Steve McHugh, O2 Client Services
Nominated by Claire Convery. Steve has played a key role in the growth of the O2 Ireland account. Clearly Steve has fans in both Operations and our client, showing that he understands exactly the dual role of Client Services. The client testimonial shows that Steve works hard to deliver everything they want, and more – a key part of our strategy.
- Joint 3rd – The Vodafone Ireland Belfast team
The launch of any new client campaign is always challenging and exciting, and Vodafone Ireland is particularly significant, with the set-up team making the crucial first impression. Client feedback so far has been exceptional; we are already showing them that we do everything they want and more.
- Joint 3rd – Sue Douglass; Management Development, Atlantic Point
Nominated by Julie Wilkes. Sue’s personal qualities are there for everyone to see. She has demonstrated innovation by launching AP’s first “fast track to Team Manager” programme, creating 3 talented new TM’s already, and is working with others to make exciting improvements to other development programmes. The importance of creating and developing waves of new, young managers is critical to our business and Sue is right at the heart of it.
Congratulations also to the other nominees; the Belfast HR team - Fiona, Nikki, Ruth, Collette, Richard and Rochelle) and Edward Allot.
