- 1st - Lisa Lancake, Team Manager, Bredbury
Nominated by Brett Larch. In January and February, which are traditionally challenging months, Lisa and the Vodafone Welcome team registered record campaign performances. Lisa also assisted in other campaigns during February, in particular Vodafone, and assisted the management team there to help increase client Net Promoter Scores.
In addition, Lisa has a remarkable statistic of not having a leaver for the last 3 months which is just another example of a fantastic operational manager she is striving to be the best everyday.
- 2nd – Hamida Khatun, Contact Centre Advisor, Middleton
Nominated by Nabeela Idrees. Hamida has been with LBM for many years and has never received an LBM award before. She strives to be the best every day, gives 100% effort and is always above her target. Even though she is a quiet person she regularly motivates the team and encourages them to hit their targets too. She is always helping her team with any system problems and supports her colleagues on calls. Well done to Hamida, one of the unsung heroes of LBM.
- 3rd - Seun Olabsi, Business Development Executive, Head Office
Nominated by Lisa Cox and Nathan Chew. The telesales team in Head Office are working tremendously hard and Seun has shown over the last 3 months how tenacious he can be and his desire to be successful. It is clear that he cares about the rest of the team and regularly contributes to and praises members of the team which helps to influence the overall results.
