Be the Best Award Winners - July 2011



  • 1st - Janine Melling, Vodafone, Middleton

    Nominated by Ed Roberts & Asrar Hussain. The first prize winner this month is yet another “unsung hero” of LBM. Janine works tirelessly to ensure our Vodafone sales are fully compliant, managing any commercial breaches and handling investigations. “Trustability” is at the heart of all client relationships and Janine shows Vodafone that they can trust us!

  • 2nd – Kathryn Hanson, Credit Control, Head Office

    Nominated by Lauren Hough. Kathryn does one of the toughest jobs in LBM, collecting our cash in a very harsh economic climate. Her complete professionalism under often great pressure and her unfailing cheerfulness no matter how the day has gone demonstrates that she too is committed to being the best and looking after our clients.

  • 3rd – Paul Allen, Quality Analyst, Belfast

    Nominated by Christine Wilkie and Nikki Steele. Paul is being recognised because he not only does a great job but he is continually looking for new creative ways to help advisors hit targets whilst remaining compliant. An unwillingness to accept the status quo and a desire to find new ways to improve are the hallmarks of all LBM people who want to Be the Best.
