Be the Best Award Winners - January 2012



  • 1st - Sarah Clayton, SDSA, Bredbury

    Nominated by Peter Finch. Sarah has worked on the O2 Inbound campaign for 2 years and was recently promoted to SDSA. She has been developing advisors on the campaign to achieve some outstanding Fizzback results and demonstrates teamwork by always being happy to support her colleagues. Sarah continually comes up with new ideas to improve the campaign and is consistently a top performer - proving it is possible to deliver outstanding results at the same time as delivering a great customer experience.

  • 2nd – Caroline Turner, Management Development Trainer, Middleton

    Nominated by Anant Parekh. Caroline is involved with the development of employees across all sites. She works tirelessly to ensure development projects within the business are followed through from start to finish and is never too busy to make time for people who need her support.

  • 3rd - Abbas Hussain, Data Services Team

    Nominated by Hannah Radford. Abbas has been the primary Database Administrator for Vodafone UK, ensuring that all data loads, returns and reporting requirements are met. Abbas spends a great deal of time in our contact centres and regularly offers advice to Client Services and Operations to help improve processes and to enhance our service to the client.
