Be the Best Award Winners - January 2011



  • 1st - Chantana Stokes, Sales Operations; nominated by Mark Tallis
  • Chan is another of the unsung heroes of LBM. Her absolute dedication to looking after our clients (doing “everything they want, and more”), and ensuring standards are maintained during periods of change is a credit to the team.

  • 2nd – Gemma Kelly, AP Quality Team; nominated by Emma Wood
  • Quality is another area where it’s crucial that LBM works to “Be the Best”, as our clients are increasingly focused on making sure that every contact with their customers is a positive experience. Just 6 months into her role, Gemma has established herself strongly in the Quality team, liaising with senior stakeholders and clients such as British Gas.

  • 3rd – Maureen Kelly, Belfast Recruitment; nominated by Claire Convery
  • Recruitment is perhaps one of the most challenging areas in LBM. Every month, we bring in hundreds of new people into our business and train them to work on our clients’ contact campaigns. Maureen’s extra contribution this month has been her instrumental role in the set-up of a new client campaign, under very testing timescales and demands from the client. Maureen showed how we aim to “Be the Best” in every area of our business.
