Our client services team members don't just play the role of messenger. They build a partnership with every client.
For a start, they make sure every person inside LBM understands each client’s strategic objectives. This internal collaboration can encompass everything from advising on regulations and compliance to participating in contact script development.
For clients, the team provides visibility: they communicate campaign results, explain their significance, advise on strategy adjustments and help reconfigure campaigns as needed. For example, if a product mix is underperforming, our team will help the client determine a more profitable one based on insight distilled from customer contacts.
Why it matters
